  • Q. What kind of residential cleaning services do you provide?

    R. D. Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for both commercial and residential premises. Our cleaning teams are trained to provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restaurants, supermarkets, medical centre's, sports and recreation centre's etc. For residential cleaning, our cleaning teams are trained to detail clean your house for before you move in, after you move out, or just to give it a good once over spring clean.

    R. D. Cleaning Clean uses the latest cleaning technologies to include services such as carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, high pressure cleaning and vinyl strip and seal services to complement our commercial and residential cleans. So we are a one stop shop for all your cleaning requirements.

  • Q. Do you accept credit card payment?

    For your convenience, we accept payment via Cash, EFT and all major Credit Cards (with no extra fees).

  • Q. Are your cleaners trustworthy and reliable?

    All our staff is police cleared before we put them into jobs. They also undergo face to face interviews with our operations manager, our in house training programs and pass our cleaning test requirements before they are allowed to perform any cleaning services for you.

  • Q. Do you do residential cleans on weekends?

    For residential cleaning, our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. However, if you have any special requirements, please call and let our friendly staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • Q. Do you supply your own equipment?

    Yes, we supply all equipment, chemicals and materials required to do the job.

  • Q. Are you insured?

    Yes. We have comprehensive Public Liability and Worker's Compensation policies in place.

  • Q. Do you guarantee a quality service?

    Absolutely! After each residential clean, we ask that yourself or a representative is present to inspect the work that we have done. Should we miss out anything our cleaning team will be happy to fix the problem before you pay them and let them go.

  • Q. How can I book in a clean?

    When you call our office, our friendly staff will find out your cleaning requirements and give you an estimate on the cost of your cleaning job. Next she will make an appointment with you for the cleaning team to meet you at your property on the day of the clean.

    On the day of the clean, our cleaning supervisor will walk through your property with you to establish your cleaning requirements. The supervisor will complete a cleaning work sheet with you to make sure that all your requirements are noted down.

    The supervisor will then organize his team to start the cleaning process. You can choose to be at the property for the duration of the clean, or you can ask the supervisor to give you a call after they have finished the clean.

    At the end of the clean, our cleaners will always invite you to inspect what they have done to make sure that all areas are properly cleaned to your satisfaction before you finally make payment and let them go.
